第一条 协议目的

本自动续费协议（「本协议」）依据 Apple App Store 订阅计费规则制定，详细说明 MakCall 会员订阅的自动续费机制、用户权利和取消方式。本协议与《用户协议》及《会员服务协议》共同构成完整的服务条款体系。

第二条 自动续费说明

2.1 续费机制

当您订阅 MakCall 会员服务时，即表示您授权 Apple（代表 MakCall）在每个计费周期届满时，自动从您的 Apple ID 绑定的付款方式中扣取下一周期的订阅费用。

第三条 价格与货币

3.1 订阅价格

您的订阅价格在首次购买时于 App Store 明确标注，以您的 Apple ID 所在地区的本地货币计算，含所有适用税费。

3.2 价格变更通知

如我们计划提高订阅价格，Apple 将代表我们提前通知您，您需要主动确认接受新价格方可继续自动续费。如您未确认，订阅将在当前周期结束后停止续费。

如价格降低，将在下一个计费周期自动适用新价格，无需额外操作。

3.3 汇率说明

跨境购买时，实际扣款金额取决于 Apple 的汇率和当地适用税率，我们对汇率变动不承担责任。

第四条 免费试用

4.1 试用条件

4.2 试用转付费

免费试用期结束后，将自动转为付费订阅并扣取首期费用，除非您在试用期结束前取消。取消操作须在试用期结束前至少 24 小时完成。

重要：下载应用或开始试用时不会立即扣费，但试用期满若未取消，将自动扣取订阅费。请在日历上标注试用结束日期以免忘记取消。

第五条 取消订阅

5.1 取消渠道

方式一：通过 iOS 设置（推荐）

  1. 打开 设置 应用
  2. 点击顶部您的姓名（Apple ID）
  3. 选择 订阅
  4. 找到并点击 MakCall
  5. 点击 取消订阅 并确认

方式二：通过 App Store

  1. 打开 App Store
  2. 点击右上角您的头像
  3. 点击您的 Apple ID 邮箱
  4. 选择 订阅
  5. 找到 MakCall 并取消

方式三：通过网页
访问 apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

5.2 取消截止时间

必须在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则将触发下一周期的自动续费并扣款。取消操作在 Apple 系统处理后立即生效。

5.3 取消后权益

第六条 支付失败处理

如果续费时付款失败（余额不足、卡片过期等），将发生：

  1. Apple 将在接下来数天内自动重试扣款
  2. 您可能收到 Apple 的付款提醒通知
  3. 若宽限期内（最多 7 天）扣款仍失败，订阅将自动暂停
  4. 更新付款方式后，您需重新订阅以恢复权益

如需更新付款方式，请前往 iOS 设置 → Apple ID → 付款与配送。

第七条 退款申请

对于通过 App Store 订阅的费用，退款须通过 Apple 申请：

退款由 Apple 依照其退款政策决定，MakCall 无法代 Apple 批准或拒绝退款申请。

如因我方技术故障导致服务完全不可用，您可直接联系 zeabramyth@163.com，我们将协助处理补偿。

第八条 订阅暂停（如适用）

Apple 可能为部分用户提供暂停订阅功能（而非直接取消），具体以 Apple 平台功能为准。暂停期间不会扣费，恢复后继续正常计费。

第九条 家庭共享

如您所在地区支持 Apple 家庭共享且 MakCall 已启用此功能，家庭成员可共享您的订阅。具体规则以 Apple 家庭共享条款为准。

第十条 特别提示（未成年人）

未成年人订阅须经家长或监护人同意。家长可通过 iOS 的「屏幕使用时间」→「内容和隐私访问限制」管理和限制 App 内购功能，防止未经授权的订阅。

第十一条 协议更新

本协议可能因 Apple 政策变化或我们服务调整而更新。重大更新将提前 30 天通知，继续使用服务视为接受更新内容。

1. Purpose

These Auto-Renewal Terms ("Terms") are established pursuant to Apple App Store subscription billing rules and detail the automatic renewal mechanism, user rights, and cancellation procedures for MakCall membership subscriptions. These Terms form part of the complete Terms of Service alongside the User Agreement and Membership Agreement.

2. How Auto-Renewal Works

2.1 Renewal Mechanism

By subscribing to MakCall, you authorize Apple (on behalf of MakCall) to automatically charge your Apple ID payment method at the end of each billing period for the next period's subscription fee.

3. Pricing & Currency

3.1 Subscription Price

Your subscription price is clearly displayed in the App Store at the time of initial purchase, in your local currency as determined by your Apple ID region, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

3.2 Price Change Notification

If we plan to increase the subscription price, Apple will notify you on our behalf. You must actively confirm acceptance of the new price for auto-renewal to continue. If you do not confirm, your subscription will end at the close of the current period.

Price decreases are automatically applied at the next billing cycle with no action required.

3.3 Currency & Exchange Rates

For cross-border purchases, actual charges depend on Apple's exchange rates and local taxes. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Free Trials

4.1 Trial Eligibility

4.2 Trial-to-Paid Conversion

After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

Important: Downloading the App or starting a trial does not immediately charge you. However, if not cancelled before the trial expires, the subscription fee will be automatically charged. We recommend marking your calendar with the trial end date.

5. Cancellation

5.1 How to Cancel

Method 1: Via iOS Settings (Recommended)

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Tap MakCall
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

Method 2: Via App Store

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap your avatar in the top right
  3. Tap your Apple ID email
  4. Select Subscriptions
  5. Find MakCall and cancel

Method 3: Via Web
Visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

5.2 Cancellation Deadline

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Cancellations received after this deadline will not prevent the next period's charge. Cancellations take effect immediately upon Apple processing.

5.3 Post-Cancellation

6. Payment Failure

If renewal payment fails (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.):

  1. Apple will automatically retry the charge over the following days
  2. You may receive payment reminder notifications from Apple
  3. If payment fails within the grace period (up to 7 days), the subscription will be automatically suspended
  4. After updating your payment method, you will need to re-subscribe to restore benefits

To update your payment method: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Payment & Shipping.

7. Refund Requests

Refunds for App Store subscriptions must be requested through Apple:

Refunds are approved or denied at Apple's sole discretion. MakCall cannot override Apple's refund decisions. If a MakCall technical failure causes complete service unavailability, contact zeabramyth@163.com for compensation consideration.

8. Subscription Pause (If Available)

Apple may offer a subscription pause feature (as an alternative to cancellation) for eligible users. During a pause, no charges are made. Upon resumption, normal billing resumes. Availability depends on Apple platform features.

9. Family Sharing

If Apple Family Sharing is supported in your region and enabled for MakCall, family members may share your subscription benefits. Apple Family Sharing terms apply.

10. Parental Controls

Subscriptions by minors require parental or guardian consent. Parents can restrict in-app purchases via iOS Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated in response to changes in Apple's policies or our service. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

第3条 価格と通貨

第4条 無料トライアル

重要：トライアル終了前にキャンセルしない限り、サブスクリプション料金が自動的に請求されます。キャンセルはトライアル終了の少なくとも24時間前に完了させてください。

第5条 解約方法

  1. 設定アプリを開く
  2. 上部のお名前（Apple ID）をタップ
  3. サブスクリプションを選択
  4. MakCallをタップ
  5. サブスクリプションをキャンセルをタップして確認

第6条 支払い失敗の処理

第8条 保護者による管理

未成年者のサブスクリプションには保護者の同意が必要です。保護者はiOSのスクリーンタイム → コンテンツとプライバシーの制限でアプリ内課金を管理・制限できます。

第9条 規約の変更

重要な変更は30日前に通知します。継続してサービスを利用された場合、更新規約に同意されたとみなします。
